We also visited Point du Hoc and saw Juno, Gold, Sword and Utah beaches. We were there on Saturday. It was a rainy day that seemed appropriate. The cemetery grounds are immaculate, although recently scarred by the addition on some drainage pipes about 18 inches deep. These are on the south side of the cemetery.
