Exactly. Proves a point I’ve made many times. Northerners don’t drive in the snow. They’re set up to clear the roads immediately. They drive in freshly plowed and salted roads.

When they move to the south and it snows, they always be crashing, because there’s actual snow on the road.

Reason number 1.

Southerners don’t freak out about f-ing snow.

Getting excited about it because it is a rare occurrence isn’t freaking out. It’s more of a celebration than anything. Buying milk and bread isn’t panic, it’s experience. If you know snow is coming, and you know you are low on milk and bread, you know there’s a good possibility that the bread and milk trucks won’t make it to the grocery store to restock...if it opens at all. If you don’t stock up before hand, you might well be without milk and bread (and other essentials) for four or five days or more. It’s not panic, it’s common sense.

Which is more than I can say for the title of this article.

Yankees down south always saying southerners don’t know how to drive in the snow. Truth it, they don’t drive in the snow. They’re set up for snow. Roads are being cleared even as the snow falls. Worst drivers in the South are transplanted northerners.

But if you truly understand demographics, you understand that white/black people largely don’t identify with mixed couples simply because one of the two is their color. They identify with couples of their own race. While there are exceptions, the mixed race couples detract from demographic appeal, not address the need to reach different races.
