How different our nation and the world are today from six years ago. This quickly, some people have chosen to revisit, revise and regard that infamous day as something other than what is was...horror, murder and terror. If you know any way I can get the main speeches I would be grateful. I need it as quickly as possible as we have friends arriving today from England and they are anxious to see it. Has anybody heard anything about or from Mansoor Ijaz recently? He is the American born businessman of Pakastani heritage that was a pundit on Fox and other stations at the beginning of the war on terror? He had supported and worked closely with the Billary administration, but was very critical of them after 9/11. I respected his opinions and would like to know what his current take on the situation is.

I just heard Joe Scarborough say that he felt Kerry is a war hero. Scarborough said if Kerry feels that he misspoke as a young man he should say so, but if he stands by his anti-war/war crimes statements, he should keep quiet. Did anyone else hear this and interpret it this way? I was surprised. I thought we could count on Joe to acknowledge the truth.

Does anyone know if W is gonna make it to AL, upper FL, GA or MS for a campaign visit? I've checked the website and I find nothing scheduled.

I have a friend who has recently become an avid lurker and is, I hope, a soon-to-be poster. When I first started lurking there were threads with FReeper folklore, acronyms, definitions and even FReeper photos. Are any of those still around? They were so interesting and of great help to me in the beginning; I wanted to pass them on to our newest newbie. I've looked everywhere I can think of and can't find them.
