Six years ago, my then 25 year old son, who is epileptic, suffered a grand mal seizure in front of me. I held his body gently so he would not slam into the tile floor. About one minute into his seizure, his face began to turn blue. He was not getting air. His mouth was clenched tight.

I know you are not use your fingers to open the mouth, but I didn’t care. I pried his mouth open and his face returned to his normal color. Today he is doing well. Thank God.
