Since it’s a felony, if the book in question is sexually explicit, perhaps they could go the extra mile and have those convicted have to register as a sex offender to lock them out of the public school system entirely.
I asked his father about it last week. He said at this point any further developments would not be discussed, but the police investigation would take six months.

Exactly. At the end of the day, the police is not obligated to protect you. When they tell you that you can’t protect yourself, it’s because they want you dead. Period. And they are perfectly welcome to go to hell.

That's because you didn't know him or his family. I do. I know he was with his father in Mississippi helping homeless people the day before. Everything he said and did on the last day of his life indicated a strong love and commitment to Jesus.
The very idea that he would be shot during the commission of a burglary the very next day is such Grade A 100% horse manure that I find your lack of sympathy downright offensive.
Isaiah was buried on December 22. I would think that with the holidays over his family would now move forward with wanting to know why. I know his father Dwight and I am going to ask him tomorrow.
