DETROIT (WXYZ) - Attorneys for a local mother who claims Charles Pugh had inappropriate contact with her teenage son plan to file a civil lawsuit against the City Council president on Monday. DETROIT (WXYZ) - Detroit Emergency Manager Kevyn Orr is terminating contracts with two of the city's unions. It affects the city's contract with the Detroit Police Lieutenants and Sergeants Association as well as AFSCME Council 25, which is Detroit's biggest union for city workers.
