Loving God,

You satisfy our longing souls. What a privilege it is to take everything to You in prayer. We are blessed beyond measure because You are our God, and we thank You for the opportunity to gather here in faith with others across this nation as we open our hearts to You.

Sometimes we pause and think about all the times You have rescued us----times when we were aware of Your hand holding us back, and times when we were completely unaware of what You did to prevent disaster in our lives. We simply marvel at Your faithfulness, Your mercy, and Your grace. Thank You, Father.

Thank You, Lord, for this Labor Day weekend. As we think about the works that Jesus Christ has done and the Spirit’s works in us, help us to remember them with grateful hearts. And help us to occupy here on this earth until our Savior’s return. Lord, let us become powerful, Spirit-led disciples of Christ. Give us a passion for the lost, and help us Lord to hasten the day of Your return by working daily to lead others and to You. May the angels in heaven rejoice over every soul that hears and responds to the good news of salvation for all those who will believe and accept this priceless Gift.

We pray that Your right hand continues to defend President Trump against those who would harm him, for surely they are great in number and emboldened by the devil. Please help him to be wise through Your wisdom and discerning through the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank You for every creative idea You place in his heart to address the problems our nation faces.

Lord, we ask You to bring peace through revival to America. Restore our commitment to You. We cannot comprehend a time when our need for You has been more acute than right now. Help us to honor You by spending time in Your presence each day. Bless Your people Israel, and may Your Name be glorified in our commitment to her people. Thank You, Father for Your amazing grace and our Savior’s perfect, finished work of the cross. In the Name above all names---Jesus Christ, our Lord we pray, Amen.

Holy God,

What worth is life without You? What purpose would our lives serve if we did not know You? What would be our reason for living? O Lord, You make all things new and You bring order and substance, purpose and meaning to all of our lives. Your Word tells us that You know the plans You have for us and that they are plans to prosper us and give us a hope and a future. Help us, Lord, to seek those wonderful plans so that we may live out Your purposes for us.

As we think about former President Trump today, we recognize that all things that he needs are found in You. Without You he is weak, but with You he is strong. Without You he lacks understanding, but with Your wisdom, he has the mind of Christ. Without You he has limited courage, but with You he can proceed without fear. With You he can do all things through Jesus Christ Who strengthens him. Father, we know that You are the God who equips us to do what we have been called to do. We ask You to keep President Trump under the shadow of Your wings, and please help him to be filled with all wisdom and spiritual understanding.

Bless Your people Israel, Lord, and help us always to pray for them. Make their borders secure and prepare all to be ready to receive the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Lord, we ask that You help our nation to be a blessing, a friend, and a defender of Your people no matter the consequences, for You have promised to bless those who bless Israel.

Lord, without You it is impossible to find peace in this world. With You, we can enter that special secret place of the Most High and abide under Your shadow, Almighty God. Thank You that Jesus purchased peace for all who would believe in Him. May that blessed assurance abide in us always, no matter what is happening in this nation or in this world. Thank You that You never change, and Your mercies are new this day and every day. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Lord God,

May our mouths speak Your praise this day and may all flesh bless Your Holy Name forever and ever. May all Your works praise You, Lord, and all Your saints bless You. You are good to all and Your tender mercies are over all Your works. Thank You for being near to us now as we call upon You in truth.

Lord, how blessed we are to live in America. Thank You, Father, for guiding this nation from its birth. Now, even as we walk in the midst of darkness, may Your hand be near that we may grasp ahold of You and find our way back to being the country You have called us to be. Help each of us to do our part by affecting our own sphere of influence in a way that helps others draw close to You.

We again give You thanks for sparing the life of former President Trump. May that same hand of protection follow him all his days and may he fulfill every purpose You have for his life. Help him to love you more each day and may he always seek Your wisdom in every decision he makes. Lord, we pray also for J.D. Vance as he endures the criticism of the left for his stance against abortion. Help him to be unwavering in his love for You and his testimony of Your goodness.

Thank You for the return of the American prisoners. We give You all the glory, dear Lord as we rejoice in Your goodness and compassion. We pray also for the release of Marc Fogel who was left behind in the prisoner swap. Please surround him with Your comfort and peace.

Lord, help us to rejoice in our Maker, to praise Your Name, and to bless You, at all times. May Your praise be forever in our mouths. For only You are worthy of all honor, glory, praise, and blessing. In the Name of Jesus we pray, Amen

Thank You for hearing our prayers this day and for every act of grace and mercy You show toward us. Thank You for Your servant norsky and her commitment to prayer. May You perfect everything that concerns her as she demonstrates her love and commitment for her family.

Father, we pray for the soul of our current president, knowing that You are not willing that any should perish but that he and his entire family would come to repentance if they have not already done so. We leave that judgment to You. Protect him from the evil one, Lord, and help him to end his term of office in dignity and honor at the appointed time.

We thank you for the American prisoners who have arrived home safely, and we humbly ask You to allow Marc Fogel to return home as well. Help him to endure and enable his family to keep their eyes on You as they deal with the disappointment of seeing their loved one left behind.

May Your Name be glorified both now and evermore, our Mighty King. We pray this in the Name of our Blessed Savior. Amen.

Holy Father,

We praise Your Name, for You have done wonderful things. Your counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. Good Shepherd, You feed Your flock and gather the lambs with Your arms. You carry them in Your bosom and gently lead those who are with young. You are the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth. You neither faint nor grow weary; Your understanding is unsearchable. We exalt You, Lord God, and sing praises to Your glorious Name, for You are worthy of all honor, glory, praise, and blessing.

Father, we seek Your forgiveness for the unconscionable acts of violence that are being perpetrated against our nation’s children---through abortion, through trafficking, through the lies about transgenderism and homosexuality, and through the failure of our institutions and families to protect our most innocent. Have mercy upon us, Lord, for our callous disregard for the most vulnerable Americans.

Lord, we continue to thank You for Your protection of former President Trump and we bless the work of Jesus Christ in healing his ear wound. We pray your powerful strength for him as he continues to battle the evil fortresses that have been established in our government. Please keep him and his Running Mate, J.D., faithful to You and Your ways. May they not grow weary in doing good, but may they draw daily from Your strength. We confess that You care for our Secret Service, our military men and women, and first responders as they carry out their duties day by day. You are their fortress always---a refuge from the storm, and a shade from the heat. Grant them comfort in these trying times and give them Your peace in these days of unrest. Please quiet them with Your love, Precious Lord..

Bless Your people Israel with Gospel messages and invitations to accept the true Savior, Jesus Christ. Help us to take the church to the streets and the message of salvation to every soul. Bring us out of our comfort zones, Lord, and help us to do the work You have called us to do. Grant us a passion for the souls of the lost and may we make disciples of all nations.
