You have to look closely closely in the first few seconds to see the officer get struck by the vehicle. In all the available videos you can see him hobbling after being struck by the vehicle. He was treated at a hospital and released.

She clearly was trying to and actually bumped him which is why he went to the hospital. His actions may have kept her from hurting others as she tried to escape law enforcement officers. Simply not blocking the road or at least following law enforcement orders would have saved her life.

Just turn on your news or watch Walz and Fry explain it. They claim the officer was in no danger and did it for the fun of it.

At 4:26 in the video you can see the officer get hit by vehicle before firing weapon.

Some protestor blocking the street with an SUV tried to run over an ICE agent and it did not work out so well for her.

It is set by the states. Several years ago my daughter had a card and missed a payment. Because the provider's office was in South Dakota they could charge whatever they wanted and jumped her rate to 75%. Luckily she had a $500 limit so I gave her the money to pay it off and cut the card up.
