Our lead has increased from 889 votes on Saturday to 1,092 votes Monday evening out of 318,384 counted, boosting our margin from 0.28 percent to 0.34 percent. We are receiving 50.17 percent of the votes counted and need 48.95 percent of the remaining 52,000 uncounted ballots. Better still, in every county our proportion of the vote is greater than election night, increasing our percentage margin by nearly 2.5 fold.

San Diego moonbats came out to celebrate their moonbattiness Saturday at least 1,000 to 2,000 strong. We were a tad bit outnumbered as we only had about 25-30 proud Americans. Nonetheless, we seemed to have aggrivated them because they couldn't just pass us by without starting an argument. I am asking for prayers for a friend, fellow Code Pink counter protestor and San Diego Protest Warrior, Mike May aka Mad Mikey (Mad Mikey). Mike had a stroke on Saturday and is currently in the ICU. He has also had surgery to stop the bleeding and blood clots in his brain. He is recieving dialysis and is on a ventilator. He will be kept in a medically induced coma for a while. On Friday, Oct. 28th, the San Diego area FReepers joined with the San Diego Protest Warriors for the chance to tell our soldiers, "Thank you", at the Marine Corps air Station at Miramar. It was very heartwarming to see the smiles on the faces of our Marines as they realized that these shouting, waving, flag bearing, sign carrying people were there to salute them! Sunday, Code Pink held their bi-weekly protest outside of Balboa Naval Hospital. Thanks to San Diego radio host Rick Roberts and the San Diego Protest Warriors, WE SHUT CODE PINK DOWN!We had about 25 flag-waving supporters and occupied Code Pink's favorite corner as well as our own. Code Pink, numbering about 13, was so perplexed that they sat down right in the parking lot and held an emergency conference. San Diego Zoo The Zoo's animal care staff observed Bai Yun give birth at 9:57 p.m. via a close circuit camera installed in the Giant Panda Research Station birthing den Aug. 2. The gender of the newborn will not be known for sometime.
