I took the time to read the scoring of Cain’s 999 plan on his website. I found this paragraph very interesting:
A business transactions tax would radically broaden the base for businesses. Each business would pay tax on gross receipts less payments to other businesses. Allowing the subtraction of payments for intermediate goods yields the value added by the company. Subtracting investment as well yields a subtraction method value-added tax.

She is really not bright. What a stupid gaffe. She’s portraying herself as the “hometown girl” but thinks John Wayne grew up there. As a “native” that’s something she should know.

I guess you missed the next sentence where I said, “It shouldn’t be, but it is.”
I’m glad you’re ok with Iowa becoming the late-term abortion capital of the U.S. You and the others who have fought against the bill should be really proud of yourselves. The blood of the innocents will be on your hands.

EV, that is pure blithering nonsense.
It's quite simple. Leroy Carhart, the country's #1 late term abortion doctor, will come to Iowa and set up shop and butcher babies all over the country unless this bill is passed.
There is a reason why Indiana, Nebraska, Kansas, and Oklahoma passed similar legislation.
How you can possibly be against putting Carhart out of business is beyond me.
Your argument lacks any semblance of thought, logic and reason.
