No. The shooter is legally Muslim and, along with all Mohammedans, should be remanded to a fully Mohammedan land, or, in the shooter’s case, should be hung.

Congresspeople should not even be paid, at least not by the federal government rather than the states from which they come. And they should not be pensioned. And more, they should not be there for longer than 6 years- one term for Senators, up to three for Representatives.
