New York does NOT take crime seriously. Case in point: this man was out on bail after shooting at cops and then was arrested later for an execution-style shooting at a liquor store. Surveillance footage caught the man shooting another man inside of a liquor store in a senseless act of violence and the suspect the police brought in on Tuesday was just there a little while earlier when he was brought in for shooting...
