While a number of industrialized nations provide health care through a single payer (government run) system, others have made a public-private system the model they use to guarantee health services to all their citizens. One of those nations is Israel which (as it turns out) has a lot to teach the United States on how to operate a universal health system that is based on both private and public inputs. Israel adopted its national health system in 1995 requiring all permanent residents be provided a standard basket of services including physician care, hospitalization, prescription drugs and dental care for children...

Federal prosecutors have filed additional terrorism-related charges against six additional people in connection with the July 4 shooting outside the Prairieland immigration detention center near Alvarado, Texas, with six other defendants scheduled to enter guilty pleas. The latest indictment was issued Friday and expands on earlier charges. According to the Associated Press, the new counts relate to President Donald Trump’s declaration of Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization. The violence occurred on July 4 outside the Prairieland facility, which is southwest of Dallas. Prosecutors say a group of suspects set off fireworks, vandalized vehicles and opened fire on responding officers....

PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA !! We are interested in hearing from any Christian individual who has the experience of living and working (or having lived and worked), for 1,000 days or longer, inside of a country governed by a totalitarian or authoritarian system or regime; that governing system/regime being either religious or atheistic. When we say, totalitarian or authoritarian, we give as examples: communist, National Socialist, authoritarian military junta, Islamic or Mohammedan, or the like. If otherwise, you may describe your own situation, and we may find that it applies. We hope to form a...

UK Lawyers for Israel Charitable Trust Legal Director, Natasha Hausdorff, joins media consultant David Ross to discuss her own dealings with BBC News and the BBC’s response to allegations raised in an internal whistleblower report, published by The Telegraph. The memo — written by Michael Prescott — alleged failures in BBC management, concerns about accuracy and impartiality and issues of anti-Israel bias relating to coverage of Israel and the conflict in Gaza. An extract of Prescott's letter includes the following: "Claims against Israel seem to be raced to air or online without adequate checks, evidencing either carelessness or a desire...

Rodrigo Paz, the centrist senator who won the presidential election in Bolivia last month, was sworn in this weekend and immediately set to work to undo the policies of 20 years of nearly-uninterrupted socialist rule... ...Under the socialist rule of Evo Morales, Bolivia saw its energy industry nationalized and generous fuel subsidies paid out for years. These policies resulted in plunging natural gas production, dwindling foreign exchange reserves, a massive economic crisis, and fuel shortages as cheaper fuel in Bolivia encouraged smuggling en masse to neighboring South American countries. The universal fuel subsidy has depleted Bolivia’s U.S. dollar reserves, thus...

(Transcribed by TurboScribe.ai. Go Unlimited to remove this message.) The events of January 6th, 2021 have been declared an insurgency, attempted overthrow of the government, and the greatest threat to democracy in history, according to Democrats and the liberal media. In fact, they tried to impeach President Donald Trump accusing him of inciting the insurrection and failed. Then they launched the largest FBI investigation in history to track down all the persons present at the Capitol that they could identify and prosecute them, but yet not a single person was ever charged with insurrection. All of the claims that...

Police found a half-naked woman handcuffed in a Texas backyard who had been tortured for a considerable period of time by five people she knew for years, authorities said. The Austin Police Department said in a statement that officers conducted a welfare check just after 9 a.m. Oct. 30 after a report regarding a "woman in distress who appeared to be restrained and calling for help." Police said they discovered a woman outside a home who was "handcuffed to a piece of exercise equipment." "The woman showed signs of physical distress and had visible injuries consistent with prolonged restraint," the...

VIDEOIn case there has been anyone who has lived on an island isolated from the outside world for the past ten years, they would probably have trouble understanding the deep scope of TDS, Trump Derangement Syndrome, as described by psychotherapist Jonathan Alter. However, with the aid of Jim Breuer translating Alpert's analysis of TDS into comedy, they would definitely have a much better understanding about the wide plague of TDS.

With President Trump threatening to sue the British Broadcasting Company (BBC) for $1 trillion for editing his January 6, 2021 speech to make it appear that he was urging his followers to "march to the Capitol and fight like hell," BBC chair Samir Shah explained "it was all an honest mistake that we should not be held accountable for." "First, let me point out that these words attributed to Trump are actual words he has said in public," Shah said. "It's not like we made them up out of thin air. Second, the meme that has been pretty universally shared...

A new RUSI report warns that China’s submarine fleet is rapidly “closing the gap” qualitatively, “eroding” the U.S. Navy’s technological edge. While China’s current 6 Type 093 SSNs are “noisy” (comparable to a 1970s Victor III), the upcoming Type 095 SSN will be much larger (11,000 tons) and quieter, using Russian reactor designs. Furthermore, the new Type 096 SSBN will be nearly Ohio-class size (15,000 tons) and armed with 24 6,000-mile-range JL-3 missiles, allowing it to strike the continental U.S. from “safe” Chinese bastions.

... for the last 500 years, if you were a nation that wanted to get rich, the way you did it was you built a bunch of ships, you loaded them full of soldiers and guns and horses, and you sailed from Europe, to the New World, and you took their stuff. You took their gold, you enslaved their people, you forced people to work in the gold mines and that sort of thing. That’s how Europe got rich. That’s how the UK got rich. And so that’s the historical pattern for 500 years. 500 years of colonialism. And then...

A look at the Last Stop on a Hunting Bullet’s Journey We ask an awful lot of our bullets, especially those of us who rely on them for self defense or for hunting. We need the bullet to be accurate, we ask it to feed properly from a variety of magazine types, and finally, we want our bullet to perform perfectly once it makes contact with our intended target. The terminal phase of the bullet – that which begins upon impact with the target and ends upon cessation of forward movement or once it exits the target – is...

The government shutdown that caused an interruption in the payment of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits also revealed some disturbing aspects of the program. The most immediate impact was the outpouring of complaints from some recipients asserting their right to steal the food that they had previously bought with the federal aid they had been receiving. Some of these protests were selfie videos of grossly obese beneficiaries. This suggests that SNAP money is not staving off starvation, but is fueling unhealthy eating. Receipts indicate that 20% of the SNAP money is spent on soda, candy, and salty snacks. Secretary...

Watch in full: In a world exclusive from inside the White House, GB News’s Bev Turner sits down with President Donald Trump for an explosive and revealing interview. President Trump launches a blistering criticism of the BBC, insisting he has an ‘obligation’ to pursue a $1billion lawsuit over what he describes as a deeply misleading edit of his January 6th 2021 speech. While the BBC has already issued a public apology, President Trump tells GB News that the matter is far from over. He argues that pursuing legal action is essential to preventing such misrepresentations happening again. “This was so...

The Mojave Megaphone, sometimes called the Sentinel Enigma, has been a mystery for decades. It sits high on a rocky ridge in one of the most remote parts of the Mojave Desert. This odd, welded-steel structure looks out over the empty landscape, and no one knows who built it or why. Some people wonder if it was part of a railroad warning system, a military sound monitor, or a surveying tool lined up with desert landmarks. Others even believe it might have been used to communicate with UFOs. But a rare clue from a 1990 Desert Dispatch newspaper article may...

You know, I've stood in front of cameras for most of my life. I've played gunslingers, cops, cowboys, outlaws. I've directed stories about heroes and villains, about redemption and revenge. But I've never been more nervous than I am right now standing here to talk about something that's more real than anything I've ever put on screen. I'm here to tell you about the day I gave my life to Jesus Christ. and more importantly, why he's the only way. Now, I know what some of you might be thinking. Clint Eastwood, the guy who played the man with no...

Ghislaine Maxwell’s attorney Leah Saffian has confirmed that multiple federal prison staffers have been FIRED for illegally breaking into Maxwell’s privileged attorney-client emails, emails that were then funneled straight to Democrat Congressman Jamie Raskin, who blasted them to the media like political propaganda. Raskin, Ranking Member of the House Oversight Committee, apparently believes his lofty position as a former law professor grants him the license to trample on the Bill of Rights. By leaking Maxwell’s privileged correspondence to the media, he’s not just undermining the legal process, he’s trampling her constitutional rights, including the First Amendment’s protection of confidential communications,...
