Lucid Motors, a Silicon Valley start-up that is gearing up to launch an advanced electric luxury car, said that it has struck a preliminary deal with Electrify America to provide its future customers with a nationwide recharging plan. This is an important deal. Tesla's (NASDAQ:TSLA) Supercharger network has given it a big advantage in winning buyers away from internal-combustion alternatives. Any company looking to challenge Tesla will be at a disadvantage unless it can also provide its buyers with assurance that they'll be able to access high-speed chargers on road trips. Lucid isn't yet public, but it just won a...

This story will not sound like the truth to you, but nonetheless, it is true. Felix Sater, who Democrats are calling as their second witness is a long time Clinton bud and a man who pulled off a $40 million dollar fraud, with a major assist from Loretta Lynch. He is also allegedly a major source for the fake Hillary dossier. In 1998, Felix Sater was about to be tried for fraud over $40 million dollars he stole from victims. He faced having to repay the $40 million and serving up to 20 years in prison. Then fate and Loretta...

This week, 26 moderate Democrats joined Republicans in voting for an amendment to the House’s bill requiring background checks for all firearms transactions—including those between family members. Since it is against the law for persons in the country illegally to possess firearms, the GOP amendment added a clause requiring gun sellers to notify ICE whenever such a purchase is attempted. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) was outraged “at this betrayal of the socialist future we are trying to bring to this country. If we are going to overcome the constitutional and traditional barriers to gun confiscation in America we must have...

It's way too early to be thinking this, much less saying it, but what the hell: If Donald Trump is able to deliver the sort of performance he gave today at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), the annual meeting of right-wingers held near Washington, D.C., his reelection is a foregone conclusion. There is simply no potential candidate in the Democratic Party who wouldn't be absolutely blown off the stage by him. I say this as someone who is neither a Trump fanboy nor a Never Trumper. But he was not simply good, he was Prince-at-the-Super-Bowl great, deftly flinging juvenile...

I just receive ANOTHER email from HULU now offering a free month and $2 per month lower price, to 'come back' I cancelled them after their political comments against Trump and conservatives last year. And I told them why. If they were going to insult me I assumed they did not want me as a customer. It sounds like they are getting desperate.

The overwhelming majority of public schools in the United States suffer discontent and strife because of the rapacious teachers unions, the AFT and the NEA Go online and do research on the recent West Virginia teachers strike, and low and behold, the Democratic Media Industrial Complex all get in line to report on this non-catastrophe. They are all there: National Public Radio, the New York Times, CNN, USA Today, CBS News, and Time Magazine—to get behind the teachers union like Pavlov’s dogs. As the West Virginia House of Delegates killed a bill that would allow for charter schools and private...

It promises to be a Battle Royale President Trump has given notice that the lurch to socialism by the Democrats will be a key issue on which the Republicans will contest the 2020 elections. Trump flagged his intentions during his State of the Union address on February 5 - when addressing the deteriorating situation in Venezuela: “We stand with the Venezuelan people in their noble quest for freedom—and we condemn the brutality of the Maduro regime, whose socialist policies have turned that nation from being the wealthiest in South America into a state of abject poverty and despair.

What are "humanized mice" any sane person might ask? Remember the big flap when the undercover video from Project Veritas showed the leaders of Planned Parenthood callously talking about selling parts of aborted children? This was exposed several times. One federal judge even ruled that the videos were authentic and not deceptively edited. Altogether Project Veritas released a dozen videos exposing this monstrous evil.

Michelle Malkin is angry about this, as all conservatives should be. Malkin points out, Jones has been trying to stop conservatives from speaking for years. The Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) allowed America-hating admitted communist Van Jones to speak on the main stage two days ago on Feb. 28, 2019. To allow this disgusting, unreformed, black-nationalist Maoist to speak at CPAC, an annual event many movement conservatives considered to be their sanctum sanctorum, is truly disturbing. He was there for an on-stage chat with ACU Chairman Matt Schlapp about the conservative contribution to emptying the prisons, or as the Koch...

Moderate and moral Democrats live in the same fantasy as AOC’s unicorn rainbow farts The former Greenpeace founder Patrick Moore-dubbed “Pompous Little Twit” Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s list of “moderate” Democrats she threatens to unseat in 2020 elections is not only laughable, but shows how she’s out there chasing down phantoms and fantasies. A “moderate” Democrat is as difficult to find as a “moral” Democrat. AOC has publicly vowed that she would help progressive activists unseat some 26 “moderate” Democrats in their districts in 2020 elections after they sided with Republicans on a legislative amendment Wednesday, in a bill that would expand...

The new MSM meme, “Trump NoKo Deal Fails,” has prompted a new round of “Oh noes” concerning imminent nuclear destruction, not seen since the “Cold War.” WaPo’s gender confused Charlie Jane Anders opined that “Pop culture is no longer full of apocalyptic nuclear visions. That’s too bad.” Now that Trump is president, and the promise of his impeachment is fading, the MSM wants everyone to live in an agitated state of a new fear and dread. Whatever happens as President Trump meets with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to talk about Pyongyang’s nuclear weapons program, the risk of a...

Rep. Maxine Waters, who is leading a probe into President Donald Trump's finances, wants Trump's nonprofit foundation to be the Democrats' next target because of tax evasion concerns. The House Financial Services Committee chairwoman hinted to reporters on Thursday that she may even have a lead in the form of a letter "from somebody who told me about a situation that they want to talk with me more about.” Trump agreed to shut down his personal charity in December following a lawsuit brought by the New York attorney general that alleged the president and his children used the foundation for...

Five years ago, when Ukrainian protestors gathered in Maidan Square, hoping for a better future in the family of European nations and enthusiastically cheered by the Western establishment, nobody could predict the consequences of the “Revolution of Dignity,” as Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has since called it. What started as peaceful protests very quickly transformed into violent riots that led to the overthrow of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych’s regime in 2014. In the West, Russian aggression towards Ukraine is widely believed to be the primary catalyst that created the Ukrainian crisis, bringing disarray and economic collapse to the largest...

VIDEO This is a great deal I found this week at Aldi. Only $1.99 per pound for this corned beef. In fact, I was surprised it happened so early since St. Patrick's Day is still 2 weeks away. I'm sure there will be other deals but why wait? Grab this one while there are still supplies available. In addition to enjoying this corned beef for dinner, I also heated up several slices of leftover corned beef along with eggs and had them for breakfast this morning.

Reflections as the abortion lobby reaches its ultimate logical conclusion... There’s a moment I recall from childhood… long ago… when I reacted in shock at some horrible story in the newspaper (The Today? The Daily News? I don’t recall. Chicago had more newspapers then)… only to see my mother unexpectedly shake her head in resignation, as if to say it wasn’t that unusual at all, and she said, “There is nothing new under the sun.” In some areas, of course, the goal is indeed for there to be something new… inventors, entrepreneurs, artists, problem-solvers all hope to come up with...

It was finally official -- the Phillies signed Bryce Harper. Even manager Gabe Kapler, who had to answer questions about Harper by hedging his responses with “if the reports are true,” chimed in on social media. With the ball club down the road in Port Charlotte for a spring-training game against the Tampa Bay Rays, the Phillies opted for an outdoor press conference, complete with images from Harper’s first appearance on the cover of Sports Illustrated in 2009 at age 16, to the cover of the MLB the Show video game set to be released this month, all set up...

CPAC is this weekend, which is of interest to the people at CPAC, the people who hate the people at CPAC, and possibly a handful of other people on the entire planet. When I moved to Washington, D.C., in January 2010 and almost immediately got crippled by a State Department SUV, I joked that the only good thing about the excruciating, years-long ordeal was that at least I didn't have to go to CPAC. If you want to attend CPAC, though, I don't have a problem with it. You should do what you want to do with your own time...
