Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY)93% , who trailed by 47%-44%,” reports the Wall Street Journal. Paul leads Clinton among independent voters 45 percent to 37 percent. Last month Paul defeated Clinton in key swing states, according to a Quinnipiac University poll.
