<description>HERE ARE SOME IMPORTANT EXCERPTS FROM THE STATE OF THE UNION SPEECH ON 1-28-03. President Bush made a great case. Unfortunately, he backed down in the face of the screaming leftists. I heard Swimmer Ted Kennedy say that the President promised we would find nuclear weapons. The Swimmer got away with it. Bush should be holding fireside chats, not news conferences where the insane David Gregory and not so lovely Helen Thomas are in attendance, in which he continues to lay out the case.
