The Court was split 5-4 on the ruling with the turncoat Barrett, appointed by President Donald Trump, joined by Chief Justice John (“No Balls”) Roberts, as well as the usual Marxists in black, Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown-Jackson. The sane minority, including justices Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Samuel Alito were almost certainly shocked and appalled by the outcome.
