Ontario County Sheriffs Deputies arrested 49-year old Laurie Balcerak of Hemlock, New York. Deputies say Balcerak left her five month old cockapoo in her vehicle parked at the Wal-Mart Plaza in Canandaigua as she watched a movie. A Wal-Mart truck driver heard the dog barking and called 911. The dog died in the car as temperatures reached a record 92 degrees yesterday. Police say the car was parked in direct sunlight and one window...
