On the anniversary of her conviction for using a Web site to solicit sex, Amber Sommer fka Amber Carter, 36, again was the subject of a criminal investigation involving her Internet activity. Tuesday, the former elementary teacher was charged with misdemeanor child endangering as local authorities continue their investigation.
