,,,(snip) In one lingering issue, the Alaska Public Offices Commission has refused Palin's request to keep secret the discounts that come from her husband's Arctic Cat sponsorship. APOC also said Palin needs to disclose all the gifts she received last year, rejecting her interpretation that she doesn't need to until after she gets around to actually opening the gifts. ROTFLMAo -- a gift isn't a gift until it is opened. Seems some stuff has been sitting around for a year or more. I will say that is a very quaint view of a legal issue.

However, Shannyn Moore plastered the allegations up on the Huffington Post, and Sean Cockerham, whose employer at the Anchorage Daily News is always anxious to investigate wacky Palin conspiracy theories, posted on the "story" at the ADN in-house blog. So we should probably do some vetting of Leah Burton.

The Alaska Supreme Court in 2007 declared such a law unconstitutional. It's still unconstitutional. Parents do not have the right to compel a daughter to abort a pregnancy. Neither do they have the right to compel a pregnant daughter to give birth. Pregnant teens should have ultimate control over the decision to bear a child or abort a pregnancy, just as much as any woman.</p>
