Abrams and the Democratic Party attempted to buy a $250,000 advertisement on Atlanta-based WSB-TV in order to promote a gubernatorial runoff despite her Republican challenger, Secretary of State Brian Kemp, winning over 50 percent of the vote. In the state of Georgia, a runoff is only triggered if neither candidate reaches at least half of the total votes. . . “Brian Kemp may have tried to coronate himself after overseeing his own election,” the statement continued. “Georgia voters are going to insist that their voices be heard.”

Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum (D) withdrew his concession to Republican candidate Ron DeSantis in the Florida gubernatorial race on Saturday as a recount in the state begins. . . Gillum initially conceded the race on Tuesday after returns showed him trailing by 1 point. That margin narrowed considerably, however, as new vote totals came in from Broward and Palm Beach counties on Thursday and Friday, putting the race in recount territory.

Democratic candidates Bill Nelson and Andrew Gillum have their own team of attorneys watching the canvassing board closely, looking for anything that could change the result of the elections and snatch the Senate and Gubernatorial wins from exiting Governor Rick Scott and newly elected Governor Ron DeSantis. Apparently, that includes counting non-U.S. citizens’ votes.

The courts have reprimanded Broward County Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes on multiple occasions for veering outside of state laws when it comes to her Election Day operations. The election crisis in Broward County spiraled further out of control Friday when elections supervisor Brenda Snipes defied a court order to allow state officials to inspect the voter records she’s been handling. “That was supposed to be complied with by 7:00. The lawyers for Brenda snipes will not allow our team to come in and comply with the court order,” Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz revealed Friday on Fox News. “That very same order ruled that Brenda Snipes violated the Florida Constitution by not allowing access to these important records.”

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., told President Trump to “cut the crap” after the president floated holding a new election in Arizona due to alleged election fraud in the tight race between Democrat Kyrsten Sinema and Republican Martha McSally. “Just out — in Arizona, SIGNATURES DON’T MATCH. Electoral corruption - Call for a new Election? We must protect our Democracy!” Trump tweeted Friday afternoon. Individuals in at least three states have received literature from Democratic campaigns, organizations, or state parties warning that their voter records are public information. In one of those states, residents received documents that reveal if their immediate neighbors have voted in past elections. The language used on all three of the documents obtained by the Washington Free Beacon show that a unified theme of "who you vote for is private, but whether or not you vote is public record" has been used throughout in an apparent attempt to push voters to the polls.

Hacking Back: Military hackers in the United States have been given the green light to launch attacks against Russian cyber systems if U.S. intelligence detects any attempts by Moscow to meddle in the midterm elections on Tuesday. Yahoo News reports that the intelligence community and the Pentagon have quietly agreed upon outlines of a cyber offensive the U.S. would launch if Russian election interference is found, according to senior officials who are aware of the plan. If Russian electronic meddling is detected, American cyber warriors would gain access to Russian cyber systems very quickly.
