Year: A(II).First reading2 Corinthians 9:6-10God loves a cheerful giverDo not forget: thin sowing means thin reaping; the more you sow, the more you reap. Each one should give what he has decided in his own mind, not grudgingly or because he is made to, for God loves a cheerful giver. And there is no limit to the blessings which God can send you – he will make sure that you will always have all you need for yourselves in every possible circumstance,...

Establishment Democrats have reportedly been pressuring the family of Alani Bankhead in order to push her into dropping out of the Montana Senate race so independent Seth Bodnar can step in. As Breitbart News reported in July, Seth Bodnar, who has the backing of former Democrat Montana Sen. Jon Tester, has been actively weighing whether or not to stay in the race prior to the August 10 deadline. “Independent Montana Senate candidate Seth Bodnar could withdraw from the state’s U.S. Senate race before the Aug. 10 filing deadline if Democrat nominee Alani Bankhead remains on the ballot,” said the report....

Michigan Democrats' nomination of Abdul El-Sayed over Rep. Haley Stevens should underscore what most of us have known for quite some time: The enemy is not at the gates; the enemy is already inside them. El-Sayed ("the lord," Westernized as El Cid), whom I call El-Mufsid ("the evildoer") for reasons shown below, campaigned openly with Hasan Piker. "Piker, a leftist provocateur who was one of his biggest boosters on the campaign trail, has a history of making repugnant, anti-American and anti-Israel comments, such as saying the U.S. 'deserved 9/11,' and claiming it 'doesn’t matter' if rapes occurred during Hamas’ Oct....

Indiana prosecutors have revealed no charges will be filed over the death of a 75-year-old Tim Hortons customer, who died following a bust-up with a drive-thru manager. Anita Grayson suffered a fatal flare-up of congestive heart failure following the May 13 fight in the Fort Wayne coffeehouse – and her death sparked an investigation as authorities initially struggled to rule whether it was accidental or a homicide. Allen County prosecutors on Friday revealed no charges would be filed, clearing any staffers of wrongdoing, according to a report seen by The Post. Grayson, a mom of four, charged into the coffeehouse...

VIDEOS AT LINK.................... The Democrat party has been freaking out about the Democratic Socialists of late – despite striking similarities between their policies – because while Democrats are happy to sweet talk voters into socialist ideas that signal maximum virtue, they don’t actually want to enact policies that would make blue-city budgets even more dire than they are. In short, the party is panicking because the voters they radicalized are electing radicals… So what better way to let progressives see what they’re voting for? Trot out a co-chair of the DSA with maybe two brain cells to rub together, ask...

"If I give all my possessions to feed the poor . . . but do not have love, it profits me nothing" (1 Cor. 13:3). Love is characterized by self-sacrifice, but not all self-sacrifice is an act of love. If you've ever donated to your church or another charitable organization out of obligation, peer pressure, legalism, guilt, a desire for recognition, or simply a tax deduction, you know what it means to give without love. In our society it's easy to fall prey to that kind of giving because the needs are so great and fund raisers appeal to every...

Sometimes, bravery is found in unexpected places. The recording artist known as Boy George was so moved by an exhibition in London dedicated to the Jews slaughtered, tortured, sexually assaulted and abducted on Oct. 7, 2023, at the Nova Music Festival in Israel — “The Moment Music Stood Still” — he recorded the hauntingly beautiful reggae tune “We Will Dance Again.” Some of the lyrics are openly supportive of the Jewish state, a risky move for an entertainer in the current climate. “You say genocide, I say war / When you’re attacked, that’s what the army’s for. “Does it get...

Venerable Fulton Sheen to be beatified in St. Louis on 24 September https://www.vaticannews.va/en/vatican-city/news/2026-03/fulton-sheen-to-be-beatified-in-st-louis-on-24-september.html In the 20th century, VENERABLE ARCHBISHOP FULTON SHEEN BECAME A PROPHETIC VOICE FOR OUR TIMES. He spoke often about persecution, the trials the Church would face, and the coming of an antichrist spirit. But among his most striking warnings was this, that persecution alone is not the greatest threat to the Church. The far greater danger is lukewarmness and compromise. Fulton Sheen declared, "THOSE WHO WILL NOT STAND FOR ANYTHING WILL FALL FOR EVERYTHING. The refusal to take sides on great moral issues is itself a decision....

Olivia Rodrigo just sold out 86 arena shows in minutes, and she’s about to fill another one with the same trick she’s pulled before. Her brand new music festival, Daisy Chain Fields, comes wrapped in an all-women lineup and a name that sounds like it belongs on a greeting card, and it’s being sold to a fanbase that packed 1.4 million seats on her last tour alone as a celebration of women and girls. But look at where the money actually goes . . . to abortionists. Planned Parenthood is a named beneficiary of Daisy Chain Fields. So is the...

Daily Readings from the USCCBFeast of Saint Lawrence, Deacon and MartyrJesus said to his disciples: “Amen, amen, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains just a grain of wheat; but if it dies, it produces much fruit. Whoever loves his life loses it, and whoever hates his life in this world will preserve it for eternal life. Whoever serves me must follow me, and where I am, there also will my servant be. The Father will honor whoever serves me.” John 12:24–26Saint Lawrence, whom we honor today, has been highly...

The accusation that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza is the gravest accusation that can be made against any nation – and also, as Howard Jacobson has pointed out, the most sadistic that can be made against Israel in particular, because it deliberately shifts the Jews from historical victims of genocide to being perpetrators. That is why those who use it are either ignorant or malign – or, as in the case of Charlie Downes, campaign director and co-founder of far-Right party Restore Britain, both. Downes has a long history of using anti-semitic tropes (not least in his latest suggestion...

Arab Islamic "palestine" terrorist Ahlam Tamimi, then 20 years old, disguised herself and Izz al-Din Shuheil al-Masri, the suicide bomber, as Jewish tourists. She chose the target for al-Masri and left the area before the bomb detonated and went to report on the bombing on a Palestinian news channel where she was a part-time journalist. Ahlam Tamimi who helped choose the target, scouting the location to decide when the crowd would be largest, the death count highest, and then dropped off the bomber. She later smiled as she recalled celebrating as the death toll rose from 3 to over a...

Imagine taking a day off from work in a future without capitalism. It might not feel as badly needed as it does now. You enjoy your work; it’s interesting to you, and you’re well trained for it. You work as much as you are able and no more than needed, and you would control your own labor and see it going to good use. It’s not just a job to pay the bills. These are all familiar, everyday activities. A socialist day off could be like any good day now. But what if you were free to spend your time...

President Trump on Sunday blasted former Olympian David Hearn, labeling him "ActBlue," and shared a screenshot from court filings that reveal the mountain of evidence, including witnesses and photo evidence, that the Department of Justice had when they dropped his case for vandalizing the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, the Justice Department dropped vandalism charges against Hearn. US Attorney Jeanine Pirro, who previously accused Hearn of “violently and forcefully” ripping up the sealant, claimed that “flawed installation by the contractor” was responsible for the damage. Trump slammed Pirro during an Oval Office press conference on...
