Wow. In Oregon’s emergency lawsuit to prevent the President from sending troops to protect federal property, a disturbing email from @PortlandPolice Sergeant Andrew Braun (badge #56961) was included. In it, Braun blames the victims of Antifa violence for their own assaults and attacks. Braun claims that journalist @KatieDaviscourt , citizen journalist @hunnybadgermom and conservative activist @RheinDAmacher are somehow responsible for being attacked by “protesters.” He falsely labels Daviscourt and Chelly Boufferache as “counter-protesters” and accuses them of trespassing on federal property. In reality, these journalists stay near or on federal property because when they're on public streets in Portland, the...

Here in the U.S., ever since the push to “de-carbonize” the energy system to “save the planet” from global warming got going in a big way 20 or so years ago, there has always been a critical mass of skeptics strongly pushing back. I count myself among them. Another prominent example is the CO2 Coalition, an organization of about 200 scientists and intellectuals who dissent from the climate orthodoxy. Large portions of our Republican Party — recently approaching near unanimity — have also joined the dissent from climate orthodoxy. But over in Europe, the same has not been true at...

An associate professor at The University of New Mexico says that she is concerned she will be forced to lie and teach that there are only two genders, male and female. Georgiann Davis, an associate professor at The University of New Mexico, wrote in an op-ed Thursday in the Los Angeles Times that she is concerned about being forced to lie when speaking about sexuality. The piece was headlined, “I’m an intersex professor. Am I supposed to lie by teaching ‘only male and female’?” She noted a viral video on Reddit of a Texas A&M student questioning Professor Melissa McCoul...

Some two weeks before the 2nd anniversary of October 7, the UN, the UK, France, Australia, Canada and other failed radical governments rallied to commemorate the massacres, kidnappings and rapes by giving the Islamic terrorists responsible for it their own ‘state’. Along with a High Holidays gift to the Jews celebrating their new year. The invention of a ‘Palestinian’ state is the capstone to the Big Lie that this is a war between Israel and some smaller population in Gaza or the West Bank rather than a regional conflict between Muslims and Jews, as part of a global conflict between...

Daily Readings from the USCCBThe apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith.” The Lord replied, “If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you would say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.” Luke 17:5–6Is it possible to completely uproot a tree and plant it in the sea? It’s certainly hard to imagine how. It is especially hard to imagine doing so with a simple command of faith. Uprooting a tree is hard enough to imagine, but it is even more difficult to imagine a tree being planted...

Government shutdowns are a familiar autumn rite of dysfunctional government. But this one is different from any that have come before. That makes it a harder test of both sides’ resolve and discipline. President Donald Trump is reveling in a legally shaky plan to employ the shutdown to punish his enemies — or more accurately, their constituents. The administration has put a halt on tens of billions of federal dollars that are going to blue states, including roughly $18 billion for New York’s subway and Hudson Tunnel projects. Not coincidentally, those are in the hometown of the Democratic leaders of...

Major Prisoner Release Expected The Six Arch Terrorists Hamas Will Demand for Trump's Big Hostage Deal If the hostage deal goes through, Israel is expected to release 250 life-sentence prisoners convicted of deadly attacks and over 1,700 Gazans detained since October 7th. From the "Hamas engineer" to the most dangerous prisoner currently incarcerated, these are the names on the table. They orchestrated the deadliest terror attacks of the 1990s and the Second Intifada, and now, their names are once again expected to surface. If the hostage deal proceeds,...

'The Savant' is straight out of a progressive fever dream, with no mention of whose actually committing political violence.Tongues are wagging over Apple TV+ benching “The Savant,” a new series following a hate-crime specialist tracking evil white men. The Jessica Chastain vehicle was slated to debut on September 26. Now? There’s no new release date set. Why the dramatic move? Apple won’t exactly say, but many have suggested that the show features a Charlie Kirk-like figure painted in a negative light.Well, we’ve seen the show’s first four episodes, and here’s the ugly truth. The series is ripped from a progressive’s...

A visiting professor at Harvard Law School has been placed on administrative leave after allegedly firing a pellet rifle outside a Brookline synagogue on the eve of Yom Kippur. I'm looking for recommendations for the (primary) volume size to allocate on a brand new SSD being used for a mildly unique purpose: It will be the 3rd drive in the machine, and will function as the drive most programs (except the OS) will reside on, and also it will be used for "fast" data backup of the primary data drive, which is the 2nd SSD: Drive F. Background and more info. is in my Post #1, below. Please read that too, B4 posting. :-) Thanks in advance, All!

The US Chamber of Commerce is reportedly considering to file a lawsuit against the Trump administration after announcing a $100,000 annual fee on H-1B visa. The move has sparked concerns among Indian and other foreign nationals working in the US economy that relies heavily on H-1B visa. According to a Bloomberg report, officials with the country’s largest business lobby polled member companies to test support for a lawsuit. The report cites people familiar with the conversations who, on the condition of anonymity, said that the group sought feedback from corporations on potential litigation during a series of phone calls and...

The FBI once chased Catholics and parents with the SPLC’s “hate map.” Now, under Trump, the grifters are exposed and America’s institutions are being reset. emember the good old days when the FBI would hang out in the parking lots of Catholic churches where the traditional Latin Mass was celebrated? The Bureau claimed that such churches were a breeding ground for what the Biden administration called “domestic extremism” and offered plenty of scope for what the FBI called “mitigation opportunities.” Hence, they jotted down the license plate numbers of the parishioners who just got done reciting really dangerous things like...

The 'American Dream' is often described as the belief that anyone can succeed in the United States through perseverance and hard work. For Ananya Joshi, an Indian woman, that promise fell short. She bid a teary-eyed farewell to the country after failing to secure stable employment. In a conversation with NDTV, Joshi explained that she was on an F-1 visa when she was laid off. She had joined a company during her Optional Practical Training (OPT) period, but they later informed her that they would not sponsor her visa. "At that time I did not panic because I knew I...

In addition to the Japanese election victory of Sanae Takaichi, now positioned to be the first female Prime Minister of Japan, both the Czech Republic and nation state of Georgia held elections yesterday. (snip) I think ‘the new awakening’, post Ukraine and post EU mobilization, includes a growing understanding of what this new “save democracy” claim is all about. None of it has anything to do with elections, freedom or liberty. The people who organize these “save democracy” rallies, have a totally different perspective on what democracy actually is. They view nationalism, national identity, as something against the interests of the...

US Senator Charles Grassley and Richard J. Durbin has sent a letter to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for hiring thousands of H-1B visa workers in the country while conducting ‘massive layoffs’ globally. The letter, dated September 24, 2025 is addressed to TCS CEO Krithi Krithivasan raises concerns about “troubling employment trends” in the tech industry. It quotes a Wall Street Journal report pointing at the tech sector’s unemployment rate, which is “well above” the overall jobless rate. The letter asks the Indian IT firm that while it has announced to lay off 12,000 employees worldwide, “you have been filing H-1B...

The Prophet of all Prophets, who just happens to be the very Word of God (John 1:1), described the human condition at the time of the first phase of His Second Coming. Jesus said: “And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man” (Luke 17:26). Those are strong words, and they open an avenue that runs directly to a signal around which we can build a case for how near this generation must be to the Rapture. I write of the Rapture, and not Christ’s Second Advent,...

For almost five years, Democrats and NeverTrumpers have insisted that events on January 6, 2021, were “an insurrection” justifying the biggest crackdown in federal criminal history. In fact, those events were not an insurrection by any definition. However, the violent Democrat attacks against ICE facilities across America are as close to an insurrection as we’ve seen since the Civil War itself. The word “insurrection” appears four times in the Constitution. Under Art. 1, sec. 8 (ratified in 1788), Congress has the power “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel...
