Out on the frontline, near the eastern Ukrainian city of Lyman, on 8 November at 15.10, a Russian serviceman called Andrey decided to ignore the orders of his superiors and call his mother with an unauthorised mobile phone. “No one feeds us anything, mum,” he complained. “Our supply is s**t, to be honest. We draw water from puddles, then we strain it and drink it.” Russian forces had been on the back foot in the Donetsk oblast for weeks. Lyman, taken by the Russians in May, was liberated by Ukrainian forces in October. Two days before Andrey made his afternoon...

The U.S. military said it intercepted two Russian bombers near Alaska on Monday. The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) said it detected two Russian bombers in Alaska’s Air Defense Identification Zone, which covers the international airspace outside of the U.S. and Canada near the far northern state. Two American F-16 fighter jets intercepted the Russian aircraft, which did not enter American or Canadian sovereign airspace. The recent activity is “not seen as a threat nor is the activity seen as provocative,” NORAD noted in its press release.

Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder, the Pentagon spokesman, declined to...

Brexit leader Nigel Farage has accused the European Union of rank hypocrisy for “funding Putin’s war machine”, as the bloc admitted to spending €35 billion on Russian gas since the invasion of Ukraine. Once again taking up the mantle of criticising the globalist bloc, Nigel ‘Mr Brexit’ Farage said that German and other EU member states are propping up the Russian economy with one hand while sanctioning the country not the other. “Not only is the Russian ruble back to where it was before the invasion, but the Germans keep buying huge volumes of gas and oil. Germany and...

Russian soldiers fighting in Ukraine are heard admitting they've eaten dog meat and raped young girls in horrifying intercepted audio. In tapped phone calls released by Kyiv secret service the SBU yesterday, Russian soldiers reveal their sick sexual 'conquests' and complain about the quality of years-old ration packs. An unidentified man presumed to be a family member asks in Russian: 'Are you eating okay at least?' A soldier replies: 'We had Alabay (dog) yesterday.' 'Who?', the family member asks. 'Alabay', he replies matter-of-factly. The stunned man says: 'Are you eating dogs or what?' Again the soldier replies stoically: 'We have....

Correct Answer Barack Obama Tell Me More In 2009, President Obama cancelled U.S. plans to protect Eastern Europe from Russian aggression by deploying missile interceptors in Poland. Vladimir Putin praised this decision as "very right and brave." In 2012 shortly after Putin was elected president under a cloud of electoral fraud, Obama put his hand on the knee of the outgoing president, Dmitry Medvedev, and stated the following while unaware that a microphone was recording them: "On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this can be solved but it's important for him [Putin] to give me space." Medvedev: "Yeah,...

Armed RAF fighter jets successfully intercepted a pair of Russian military aircraft after scrambling earlier today. The pair of RAF Typhoons, which left RAF Lossiemouth in Moray, north east Scotland, early Friday afternoon, intercepted two Cold War-era TU-142 'Bear-F' Russian maritime reconnaissance and anti-submarine warfare aircraft. Quickly racing to speeds of 985 kilometers per hour, the Quick Reaction Alert Typhoon were joined by an RAF Voyager to provide air-to-air refuelling. They were tracked by Nato as they transited within the military alliance's northern air policing area over the North Sea, near UK airspace. The Typhoons shadowed the aircraft throughout their...
