For one thing, I don’t know who Harold Camping is, or was. Since he apparently passed away then he has not commented on this thread.
If encouraging the Brethren that Jesus is coming soon is bothersome to you, then you might want to check your brand of belief at the door rather than muddling up the Hope of others.
It doesn't bother me that Jesus is coming. What bothers me is those who raise false hopes. "No, we don't have to fight evil in the world. Just pray about it. We're all about to get Raptured anyway, so it doesn't matter."
