MANILA, Philippines — Demonic spirits can send text messages to cell phones and use modern technology to harass or lure people to the dark side.
Fr. Jose Francisco Syquia, chief exorcist of the Archdiocese of Manila, also says receiving messages from demons is an experience common to priests helping possessed persons liberate themselves.
“We did not expect [demons] could do so but if you ask other exorcists, they would tell you the same experience. Usually [the demons would swear at you] or say, ‘This person will never get away from us,’” he says in an interview. ..... But more than threatening messages, Syquia is worried about how the devil uses modern technology to lure young people through the internet, especially during this lockdown when they spend unsupervised hours in cyberspace.
He cites a study done in 2000 that found children age 10-17 having only one-third of face-to-face encounters with other people compared to similar age groups from past generations.
“When a person gets isolated, the devil starts to work on the mind,” he warns. “The young start to have all these thoughts that make them feel depressed and alone. Only 30-percent human contact? That’s what the devil desires.”

I believe this. Online addiction is not unlike drug or alcohol abuse. Like any other addiction, the individual places the object of their addiction at the center of their existence, pushing God out of the way, opening a void that darkness is all to willing to fill.
Lucifer loves electronics, especially video, and is likely just giddy over the Internet and social media.

I don’t know why anyone would think that they couldn’t use technology.
Demons are angelic beings. Fallen yes, but they were angels. Their rebellion against God indicates they aren’t the brightest bulbs in the angelic world. But they are thousands of years old, if not older. They speak multiple languages. They know scripture. In some cases they can tell or sense the future. And they have at least some supernatural abilities. They have the ability to possess a human body.
God may have placed some limits on what they can do.
Satan had to ask permission to harm Job. But I don’t know anybody who knows what those limits are.

Well, if you take 2020 and divide it by 666, you get for the first 5 numbers 30330. If you look on the Biden/Harris signs, it asks you to text to 30330. So I guess demons are using tech.

The Light can use technology too.
I’ve had many instances of both. More demonic interruptions than you can imagine.
My wife’s phone called me at 12:15 am when she was driving home. I answered, heard the sounds of the inside her car, but she didn’t answer.
I hung up, called her back and woke her up in the middle of an auto accident. When I called her back, her car was on top of the guardrails.
Her phone was in the consul between the two seats the entire time and she never touched it until after the accident.
Car was totaled. She was not injured.
All Satan wants is a hook into your soul so he can control you.
the antichrist is made not born. Satan looks for candidates in every generation. if you look at the evolution of the AC, he starts out as a charismatic person who becomes indwelt by Satan upon his death. that said i do believe you have to have certain characteristics to be the one Satan picks and i agree that Gates seems to have them. i think Obama still could be a candidate. he is a hair’s breadth away from roaring i bet right now because Joe is subjecting him to humiliation with these rallies. i think he will make Joe pay for that.
