Times are exceedingly difficult for so many people right now. There is chaos, confusion, sickness, strife, fear, inequity, and on and on. Help us remember that you are still on the throne and in control.

FATHER GOD,

May we never forget Your Promise: You will never leave us our forsake us. We put our trust in You. Blessed is the Name of the Lord.

Send Your mighty angels to surround President Trump, Vice President Pence, his administration, and all who fear Your Name.

Pour out Your SPIRIT upon this land. Extinguish the fires that rage in the Northwest and within the hearts of those who do not know You as Savior, Redeemer, and Restorer.

In JESUS' Name we pray. AMEN.

Amen and Amen. The Spirit is leading us along the same lines today.

Father, we thank You in the name of Jesus that we can come before Your throne and sing a new song to You for You have done marvelous things; You have wrought salvation for us! You have made known to us Your salvation, openly in the sight of the nations.

You remembered Your mercy and loving-kindness, Your truth and Your faithfulness toward us. For those with open eyes, we have witnessed the salvation of our God. 

Yes, the situation in our country looks dark right now, but we turn our eyes to You because You saved us! You have done marvelous things! You are worthy to have all the earth break forth and sing for joy and sing praises—with our voices, our bodies and musical instruments to make a joyful noise before our King, the Lord!

Let the sea roar, and all that fills it, the world, and those who dwell in it! Let the rivers clap their hands; together let the hills sing for joy Before the Lord, for He is coming to judge [and rule] the earth; with righteousness will He judge [and rule] the world, and the peoples with equity.” ‭‭(from Psalm‬ ‭98)
