Creator God:
Give courage to resist the puppeteers to those in political office who want to do Your will. Snatch those marked for assassination before they die, save them, and give them strength to do Your will. Send angelic protection and cover them with the Blood of the Lamb to them all.
Let them all remember Nebuchadnezzar, the King of Babylon.
Nebuchadnezzar, whose name is listed 60 (sixty) times in the Bible, who set up an image (statue) to himself, which was threescore (60) cubits high and 6 cubits wide, and commanded everyone to bow down and worship it. And threw all who would not into a furnace to burn to death. (Book of Daniel, Chapter 3)
A time of something similar is coming. (Revelation 13:15-18)
“. . .and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.”
Help us to give our leaders the support of prayer to act in Your will, and give us the courage to refuse to bow down to the image of the idol when it is presented to us and we are commanded to worship it.
Let us die with the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ upon our lips.
