We're OK then. With the exception, you think, that we say we are still in Communion with the Saints, both those on this earth and those in heaven. We cannot talk with those departed believers in Heaven nor they us....much as you may want that to happen.
But Jesus told us they are not dead, since the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is the God, not of the dead, but of the living.
This is correct...except you don't see people praying to Abraham, Isaac or Jacob.
And Paul said all the members of the Body need each other.
The body of believers here on earth.
It does help if you have the unabridged Bible.
