Francis Was Elected To Carry Out a Lutheran Reform
Monsignor Antonio Livi, a former dean and professor at the Lateran University in Rome, formerly incardinated in the Opus Dei, told Gloria.tv in an exclusive interview that Pope Francis was elected to carry out a quote reform in the Lutheran sense. According to Livi, in the new Lutheran church-to-come the pope, the bishops and the priests will not be anymore an expression of the sacred but of politics.
The Term People Is A Rhetorical Image
Monsignor Livi criticizes the term people which Pope Francis loves to apply to the Church. Livi points out that people is a mere rhetorical image. Quote, The people is made up of a multitude of different persons, therefore nobody ever knows what the people wants. And, There are those in the people who are full of faith like Padre Pio and those who have no faith at all.
The Election of Francis Was Orchestrated
On the basis of many historical witnesses Monsignor Livi is -quote absolutely certain that the election of Pope Francis was orchestrated. He also points out that it is absurd to claim that Francis is pope because the Holy Spirit wanted so. Quote, The Holy Spirit inspires everybody so that they may do good, but not everybody who is inspired by the Holy Spirit, effectivly does good.

Do you have anything to say about Jorge Bergoglios election to the papacy?
***
Yeah.
Makes me happier than ever I’m not Catholic with a corrupt-as-literal-Hell hierarchy.
But really, if you’re going to make claims that you have to be Roman Catholic to be saved—you were the one who posted those claims and changed the subject off of the thread—I’m going to want you to provide evidence.
Again don’t insinuate that which I did not do.
None of those verses from the Bible, mentioned the Catholic Church.
I merely posted, verbatim, verses that mentioned “church”.
Again dont insinuate that which I did not do.
None of those verses from the Bible, mentioned the Catholic Church.

You certainly seemed to imply it with your words about ‘One True Church’ elsewhere in the thread.
But since you’re not claiming this, I’ll answer that question about church membership.
To become a believer in Christ and to depend on him for salvation means to become part of the ekklesia, the universal church.
And we also gather with other believers to celebrate, learn, and worship together, following the example of the New Testament church.
We ALSO endeavor to obey the Ten Commandments, incidentally, despite all insinuations otherwise.
Lay off the personal insults, ebb.
Do you believe the very unbaptised theif crucified next to Christ was saved?
Yes, the verses say *church*.
They do not specify which one.
Nor are the words *Catholic church*l or *Roman Catholic church* found anywhere in Scripture.
BTW, since Roman Catholicism insists that submission to the Roman pontiff is required for salvation, does that exclude the EO, who have not agreed with that for about 1,000 years, which is why the Great Schism happened?
So which, then, is the TRUE Catholic church? The EO claim they are with the Roman rite in schism.
Who’s correct and why?
Obama, like Hillary, used dirt on people to control them and events. Its a very effective tool, and he had the world's best resources at his disposal to carry that out.
*Sigh*
http://www.freerepublic.com/~religionmoderator/ Here’s the rules.
Your abuse has been reported.
You described me as a ‘Johnny-come-lately.’ That’s personal abuse; that’s not allowed. Then you accused me of bearing false witness; that’s ALSO not allowed.
I asked you politely not to do personal attacks, and I’m making a great effort not to respond to you in kind. But I’ve reported your posts; I hope you don’t start doing much worse.
I have asked you to stop posting false accusations of what I have posted on this thread.
You have refused.
I’ve stopped, haven’t I?
But you’re still going.
And really, all you had to do was to tell me what you meant by posting all those verses instead of attacking me over and over and over.
I’ll “stop” it.
Will you?
See post #2 by Salvation or #17 by citizen soldier. Hint. Theyre Roman Catholics.
Haven’t I already?
All I did was ask you to prove something that I thought you’d said. When you corrected me about what you meant, I stopped pushing for that proof.
Do you have any kind of Bible training at all? I can see why Roman Catholics werent encouraged to study for themselves.
The conclave wanted to appear to embrace the "Third World" without actually doing so.
Maybe they also wanted someone who would appear to be charismatic and a modernizer and didn't look very closely at what they were actually getting.
Its all he knows.
It’s sad when style gets put over substance.
