Nicely written story. Bad theology. Universalism isn’t what Jesus taught. So between Him and Singer, Singer loses that contest.
BTW, I do like your writing. John Wayne once said you can tell folks anything you like, so long as you tell them in a story. One of the best little John Wayne nuggets ever. Unfortunately, a good story isn’t enough to overcome bad facts. Jesus taught that being right with God depended entirely on having faith in Jesus as the Son of God. It’s my experience that liberal Christians don’t care too much what Jesus taught. But us conservative Christians care a great deal about what he taught.
So if you or your friend Singer have the intent to move conservative Christians to a place where they disregard evangelism of Jews, Muslims, or anybody else, that’s not going to happen. Jesus is alive and well and will not permit it. If one of us falls, Jesus will raise up another in his or her place. The Gospel of forgiveness through Jesus will be preached right up to the last minute, because that is the will of God.

Thank you for the compliment. Not my best work, and that was rushed without any editing or prose polishing. Notice I didn’t do that for profit — I gave it away because we Jews are really big into charity (chessed).
Jews don’t believe in universalism anywhere. Not one bit is in the Torah, Nevi’im, Talmud, etc. Quite the opposite.
Thousands of years ago, Jews were forced to blot the Holy Name from all of our scriptures. This is why we make back up copies, and conceal the original. Jews are real good at hiding because hey, we’re Jews.
Always remember what happened to Pharaoh & Egypt. It’s no joke.
