I was just going to reply to that post.

It took me days and days to convince one Catholic that there were other Christians besides Protestants.

And that I wasn't a Protestant.

He still believed all who are not Catholic are Protestant.

One poster even denied that the Christians that are neither Catholic or Protestant are huge in number.

I've know literally hundreds and hundreds of Christians that are simply born again Christians, mostly becoming so by seeing the simple scriptures that show how to be a part of the Kingdom of God through a personal relationship with Jesus.

It's a good thing that those that are not believers cannot understand the Bible past the scriptures that lead to salvation.

Keeps them focused.

Sure did me.

Oh and annalex, I could not interpret the longer sentence you posted:

The Catholic church is, first, consisting of Churches other than Roman Catholic and secondly, Catholic a generally very toward the Eastern Orthodox and find little to nothing to disagree with them theologically.

Especially the bolded part

Many Catholics consider all authentic apostolic Churches Catholics, so the Eastern Orthodox ARE Catholic at least in essentials.

But of course I can imagine someone simply being carried away in a Catholic-Protestant dispute.

Anyway, sorry for the typos and omissions. “Catholic are generally very well-disposed toward the Eastern Orthodox and find little to nothing to disagree with them theologically”.
