No, Christ founded the Church of those who had been born-again, NOT the catholic church.

No, Christ founded the Catholic Church and through Christ’s sacraments (given to and now by the Church) and faith in Christ, people become born again. Hence, Acts 22:16 and 1 Peter 3:21.
