Some Papal Quotes that somehow and in some way beyond my meager intellect are in continuity with each other, or something.
First Quote
Pope Eugene IV, the Bull Cantate Domino, 1441. ex cathedra (infallibly defined):
“The most Holy Roman Church firmly believes, professes and preaches that none of those existing outside the Catholic Church, not only pagans, but also Jews and heretics and schismatics, can have a share in life eternal; but that they will go into the eternal fire which was prepared for the devil and his angels, unless before death they are joined with Her; and that so important is the unity of this ecclesiastical body that only those remaining within this unity can profit by the sacraments of the Church unto salvation, and they alone can receive an eternal recompense for their fasts, their almsgivings, their other works of Christian piety and the duties of a Christian soldier. No one, let his almsgiving be as great as it may, no one, even if he pour out his blood for the Name of Christ, can be saved, unless he has persevered within the bosom and the unity of the Catholic Church.” http://www.ewtn.com/library/COUNCILS/FLORENCE.HTM#4
Second Quote
“I’m not interested in converting Evangelicals to Catholicism. I want people to find Jesus in their own community. There are so many doctrines we will never agree on. Let’s not spend our time on those. Rather, let’s be about showing the love of Jesus.” --Pope Francis 2014
Yeah. Umm. So. Discuss. Or something.
Bonus Quotes for discussion purposes.

16. Man may, in the observance of any religion whatever, find the way of eternal salvation, and arrive at eternal salvation. --condemned Encyclical "Qui pluribus," Nov. 9, 1846.

Catholics acknowledge and offer the Sacrifice of Christ, and have done so, at every single Mass offered since Good Friday.
Another false premise. There is no purgatory, except in the minds of RC's.
We have been judged already. WE are sinners. Christ died so that we would have His righteousness IMPUTED to us when we BELIEVE in Him. That is what Scripture teaches. There is nothing the RC catechism can add, which makes your premise stronger.
Romans 4: ...18 Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, So shall your offspring be. 19 Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as deadsince he was about a hundred years oldand that Sarahs womb was also dead. 20 Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, 21 being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised. 22 This is why it was credited to him as righteousness. 23 The words it was credited to him were written not for him alone, 24 but also for us, to whom God will credit righteousnessfor us who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead. 25 He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification.
How can you be judged already, if you're still alive?
What kind of God do you serve anyway? How can He judge us if we have already been forgiven? We are told to come boldly before the throne of God.
Hebrews 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
If we come boldly before His throne and confess our sins it is HE who forgives us not some carnal so called priest.
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.:
Now, if we confess our sins and He forgives them how in the world to Catholics think that once He has forgiven our sins He then turns around and judges us for those sins?
No it isn't...Your religion perverted scripture to try to make it say that but they failed miserably...Bible doesn't say that at all...
And you only can do that in the Sacrament of Confession.
There is no sacrament of confession...Your religion made that up...I posted actual scripture that tells you to go before the throne of God...And that's not in a Catholic confessional...You then ask Jesus for forgiveness and he forgives you, just as the posted scripture says...
Its really sad to hear the Catholics who have fallen for the lies and errors of the Catholic Church. When confronted with the truths from scripture they reiterate the errors and falsehoods of the Catholic Church rather than listen to the clear words of the Holy Spirit through scripture.
What utter nonsense. Catholics cant offer the sacrifice of Christ. Jesus did that long ago. True Christians are to offer the sacrifice of praise.
Hebrews 13:15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
Jesus said to them again, Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I send you. And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and said to them, Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.
Its becoming clearer and clearer to me that they dont go by scripture. Its secondary to the Catholic Church and its declarations regardless of what scripture teaches.
There's not a person ever lived who could offer the Lord as a sacrifice...What mockery...He however may offer you as a sacrifice...
Acts 11:17 Forasmuch then as God gave them the like gift as he did unto us, who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ; what was I, that I could withstand God?
practicing or advocating strict observance of external forms and ceremonies of religion or conduct without regard to the spirit; self-righteous; hypocritical.
Maybe you should look to Scripture for your answers, not the teachings of a false religion Large numbers of RC adherents do not make it a reality. Only God can draw us to Himself.
In John 3, we hear Jesus talking. ALL HAVE SINNED (that includes Mary, by the way!!!!). But, we are shown that by simply "believing in Him", that we can have eternal life (eternal does mean FOREVER, doesn't it?). We have been judged and found lacking. God, who made the world, has already judged us, and came to reconcile us back to Him.
Romans 5: ...9 Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from Gods wrath through him! 10 For if, while we were Gods enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life! 11 Not only is this so, but we also boast in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation.
12 Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people, because all sinned
13 To be sure, sin was in the world before the law was given, but sin is not charged against anyones account where there is no law. 14 Nevertheless, death reigned from the time of Adam to the time of Moses, even over those who did not sin by breaking a command, as did Adam, who is a pattern of the one to come.
15 But the gift is not like the trespass. For if the many died by the trespass of the one man, how much more did Gods grace and the gift that came by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many! 16 Nor can the gift of God be compared with the result of one mans sin: The judgment followed one sin and brought condemnation, but the gift followed many trespasses and brought justification. 17 For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive Gods abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ!
18 Consequently, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for all people, so also one righteous act resulted in justification and life for all people. 19 For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.
Not only that, it's clear that they don't read most of the scripture responses we provide...
My religion came at least 1500 years before your religion. Who’s religion do you think is closer to Christ and his apostles?
Do you not believe in Christ's instructions at the Last Supper?
It's clear that some protestants, like Luther, cherry pick the Bible.
Hindus are closer...They were here when Jesus was born...Don't you even consider what an illogical argument you have...
There were many Christians around from the church's inception who were not Catholic and were persecuted by Rome...The Catholic religion joined with pagan Rome and used Rome's Kings and armies to torture and murder those Christians...
So that the Catholic religion adopted pagan Rome and became very large and powerful is proof that the Roman religion is the one, true religion???
Those Christians whom your religion tried to destroy survived and they used scripture that makes up most all of the extant manuscripts available today...Non Catholic manuscripts, that came out of Jerusalem/Antioch and not like those of your religion that originated in Africa...
Thank God they are still surviving today...
