Ah! We’ve received a new comment in this very discussion that says I’m not a follower of Christ because I’m not Roman Catholic:

Put yourself in my shoes for just a moment. Do you see how I’d be upset by the arrogance of those who damn me because I’m not a member of their particular denomination, because I’m a mere Bible-believing Christ-follower?
Sure, I may disagree with some RC doctrines, but does that mean I’m unsaved? Really? Is my degree of salvation directly related to how my doctrine lines up with the Roman Catholic Church, or is my salvation related to my relationship with Christ?

Some of us Christ-followers

Some of your aren't Christ-followers, but rather are just stuck on your own personal interptretation of Scripture. theo: a new comment in this very discussion that says Im not a follower of Christ because Im not Roman Catholic:
Wow, talk about stretching personal interpretation to the limit -- no wonder so many errors in interpreting the Bible.
Let's disect what Al said: "some of you'll aren't Christ-followers BUT rather just stuck on your own personal interpretation":
- Nowhere does he say that YOU are a follower of Christ or otherwise
- He is quite right that many posters are stuck on their own personal interpretation
- Nowhere does his statement say that you're Catholic or not

Let's get this straight, no one has damned you for being an Adventist or whatever -- that's your choice.
Secondly, if you want everyone to respect your interpretation, pay respect back to those who don't share your interpretation -- say on the Eucharist.
Thirdly, how come none of your diatribes are against the bjorn agains who say Catholics are damned?

Theo: “am I in full communion with Christ” — if you take communion as being “in fellowship or in communication” with Christ, then that’s between you and Christ and has nothing to do with you stating whatever (btw, no one has ever damned you, so stop the victimhood)

As to whether you are saved or not, let's read scripture:
Rom. 8:24 For we are saved by hope:, Eph. 2:5-8 --> you are already saved by the grace of God through the one-time sacrifice of Jesus Christ, Lord, God and Savior. And Phil.2:12: work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. says that you are being saved and Rom 5:9-10: 9Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
10For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. says that you shall be saved
