If you’ve never read the Catholic prophecies regarding the Great Monarch and the Great Pope who will precede Anti-Christ, this is worth taking a moment to consider, if for no other reason than to understand the worldview of some of our fellow Catholics who, even here in the USA, seem fixated on a return to Monarchy.

Me? I won’t do well in a Monarchy. I come from humble stock, and am too beholden to the American ideal that all are created equal.

I think you misunderstand Catholic monarchy. It does not violate the principle that all men are created equal. Don’t confuse ‘divine right monarchy’ (which is NOT a Catholic thing) with traditional Christian monarchy. A Christian monarch is expected to defend the rights and freedoms of his people. He’s a servant.

No American worthy of the name would ever bend the knee to serve a “King” a word that should be hateful in the ear of any free man when applied to any but the King of Kings.

‘No King but Jesus’ was a foundational slogan or resistance to the tyranny of Monarchy.

Let the thrones of nepotic inbred dynasties tremble at the words in our Declaration of Independence!

What a sad sick delusional lot that would prefer the safety of chains to the hazards of freedom, may they go from us, we seek neither their arms nor their counsel - and may posterity forget that they ever were our countrymen.
