You are using the earthly secular principle of a mother.

Earthly anyway. This is what separates Christianity from Judaism and Islam.

We believe in the Incarnation.

It is a difficult teaching for some. It is what separates us from Judaism and Islam.

The Church proclaims:

"true God from true God, begotten, not made, one in being with the Father. Through Him all things were made. For us men and our salvation He came down from heaven: by the power of the Holy Spirit, He was born of the Virgin Mary , and became man."

Born of a woman, His mother, here, on earth.

Yeah, so? There are no births in heaven. That's the way God designed births - through a woman. He wouldn't go against what He designed nor does He go against His Own Word - like the RCC does.

The discussion wasn't about about birth but what JESUS said who His mother is. It's obvious it rubs catholics the wrong way - and it should. If they agreed with God's Word, they would have to go against the RCC teachings. They are unable to 'think' outside the box the vatican put them in. Perhaps, that's where their victim mentality comes from.

As for me and my household, we serve The Lord. God's Word is The Final Authority. It's is no wonder we are blessed, blessed and blessed!

Luke 11:27,28
"As Jesus was saying these things, a woman in the crowd called out, "Blessed is the mother who gave you birth and nursed you."

Jesus replied, "But even more blessed are all who hear the Word of God and put it into practice." HEAR and OBEY
