WE can start in Genesis 1 with the first verse.

Is that wrong? Wasn’t there a beginning?

Since it is impossible for there to be an infinite number of past “events”, and therefore there is a finite number of events, and one “first” event.

That first event/effect has to have an uncaused cause.
