Philippians 3:4-6 ... though I myself have reason for confidence in the flesh also. It’s possible to keep the Law, on the outside. Jesus said they were whitewashed tombs and clean on the outside and full of rottenness and corruption on the inside.

That says Paul was blameless as to the Law -- not the Pharisees as a class.
