So, what’s wrong with Mary and Joseph having sex after the birth of Jesus?

The only requirement was that a virgin would conceive and bear a son.

Even in someone’s total devotion to Jesus, that doesn’t mean that they can’t have sex if they’re married.

They ate, didn’t they? Joseph worked for a living to support his family, didn’t he? I presume they slept.

What’s the Catholic church’s obsession with the concept that sex with her husband would have been out of the question for Mary? Sex with one’s spouse is not a sin. She could have done that and still remained sinless ( if indeed she was to begin with, which she wasn’t)

The topic of the perpetual virginity of the Blessed Mother has been covered hundreds of times on hundreds of threads. The idea of denying this is VERY RECENT, ALL of the Reformers acknowledged her perpetual virginity.

Perhaps you should find some of those threads. This thread was SUPPOSED to be about some banned trolls bizarre theory that the Catholic Church wants to reestablish the Holy Roman Empire. NOBODY has addressed that, as best I can tell those usually found on these sort of threads were somehow attracted to the title like moths to a flame.
