When anti-Catholics can't think of something to argue about, they're reduced to making fun of the dress of Catholic clerics, like catty teenagers. It's something that happens whether they're "Reformed" or agnostic/atheistic.
The fact is Ratzinger presumes to be a meek and self-effacing servant of God, a supposed shepherd to Christ's flock.
But instead he dresses up in $1,000 raiments, $500 Prada shoes and decks himself out in gold and jewels, providing the world with still more evidence that he is not who he says he is.
Shame on him.
