To Anyone who knows the beliefs/teaching of the Catholic Church:

Does the Catholic Church believe and teach that she alone holds the keys of the Kingdom and has the power to retain or remit sins?

r9etb doesn't seem to believe this. And some enlightenment on this issue may help.
