I don’t recall where the singular “God” is ever referenced to Jesus or the Holy Spirit; but it is to the Father. No where in scripture does anyone give authority to pray specifically to Jesus or the Holy Spirit but it does to to the Father and both Jesus and the Holy Spirit are sent to do the will of the Father. “Nothing can separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus”.
