I’m too independent not to agree with someone when I think they’re right.
I’m retired, don’t owe anyone anything, and sometimes I’m even in a contrary mood.

Would you please point me to any post by Judith Anne where she says what you are defending - that the entire church should not be tarnished for the sins of some of its priests?
Because I haven't read anything like that from Judith Anne. Instead her posts are filled with denials of any wrong-doing by any priest, and accusations of bigotry and hatred against those who ask for Vatican accountability.
