what?
Yes?
jc is the bible
What’s a ‘jc’? And how is this ‘jc’ the Bible?
Thus the Reformation.
“Thus the Reformation. “
ROTFLMAO!
Judith Anne, you made gave your opinion on the Apostle Paul. You repeated it. You opened the door.
We are responding to your statements. If you don't want your opinions discussed/debated perhaps your shouldn't toss them out there for all of us to see.
And thus, scorn for the truth.
BWAHAhahwahawahaaaaa.......
The only "another Christ" I am aware of is the Paul per the heretical Pauline theology you profess.
I despise what has been done with the once completely supportive message of Paul by those who hijacked it, corrupted it, and bent it to the will of their heretical revision.
Then you're essentially saying that you don't like what God had put in the Bible, or your church fathers either.
2 Peter 3:15-16 15Bear in mind that our Lord's patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him. 16He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction.
What you actually posted is not of consequence. Like the lies about the Pope being a Nazi this will linger in cyberspace and tribal memory for generations.
I concede infallibility to Scripture, not a process.
God preserved Scripture and used men to do it but that in no way mandates that others recognize Apostolic Tradition in the way that RC’s do nor does it put tradition at the same level of Scripture.
Jesus had a lot to say about the tradition of men, that which men added to Scripture, and none of it was very good. I guess some denominations never learned the lessons from the Scripture they claim they wrote.
That's the Pauline Heresy for those of you in Rio Linda.
I also find it difficult to believe that any presbyterians read the gospels. They sure do concentrate on those freaky Pauline epistles. St. Paul got a few things right, but he was likely just as loony as his protegee, Calvin.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 16All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
Calling God breathed Scripture *freaky* is sitting in judgment of God. Not a position I'd like to find myself in.
Aren't you just so special, JA, that you feel so free to condemn the works that your church fathers designate as Scripture.
Then discuss her opinion, stop discussing her. If you want to discuss her I am sure that there are a number of social and singles sites you could frequent.
Then we'll need to chuck out Romans, I & II Corinthians,Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians,1 Thessalonians, 2 Thessalonians, 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, Titus, Philemon, and likely Hebrews.
What's left of the NT then? The gospels, I and II Peter, James, I, II, III John, Jude, and Revelation.
Thank you for this post.
It’s common sense—something that isn’t always in evidence here.
Then show me something in the Gospel that said that the Holy Spirit was going to retire as soon as He finished the canon.
