To: Marysecretary
. I have a problem with the fact that way too many good Catholics put her on an equal keel with Jesus, our Saviour.

You and others say this often. I haven't really seen it, but I haven't been in the Philippines or the other places. (It always seems to happen far away from where I am.)

I'm not clear on how that's the fault of the Church. Are we to blame if some Catholics are secret atheists or read and believe their horoscopes?

Before anyone goes to light a candle or whatever, you we submit them to some kind of theological "inventory"?

I WILL say that de Montfort is NOT for beginners. I happen to enjoy him and his enthusiasm, but the boy is NOT a theologian. I would agree with him that any Christian's life would be better if he prayed the Rosary the correct way, which mean meditating on the mysteries, not just blah blah blah.
