On the basis of the Bible, Sacred Tradition, and the Magisterium of the Church.

Please help me. Did I ask you previously to give the official definition of the "Magisterium"? I know I have been buzzed of by a number of learned Catholics and can't remember if you were one of them.

May I count on you for an authentic answer?

Have you ever looked at the wikipedia entry for Magisterium? It’s quite good.
