There is absolutely NOTHING in scripture that suggests that the Blessed Virgin Mary had any other children.[Psalms 69:8] I am become a stranger unto my brethren, and an alien unto my mother's children.
Then this does not qualify as a suggestion....or a hint?

You're right, the Blessed Virgin Mary is OUR mother (she is the Mother of the Church) and at times, due to our sinful natures, we make ourselves alien to Him.

This is a toughie. The Douay-Rheims version (Psalm 68) indicates it foretells Jesus: Salvum me fac, Deus. Christ in his passion declareth the greatness of his sufferings, and the malice of his persecutors the Jews; and foretelleth their reprobation.
To be a good apologist however you ignore the Douay-Rheims Bible in this instance and declare it referrs to David. Got it now?
