You are correct that animals eating one another and man eating them is from the Fall.

That will be changed in the Millennium (Is.11:6-7)

I am not sure that man will stop eating meat, however, but the animals will stop eating one another.

What nonsense. God told Noah and his descendants to go eat animals just like the plants:

Gen 9:3 "Every moving thing that is alive shall be food for you; I give all to you, as I gave the green plant.
