I saw Bustamante's speeches. I guess I blinked and missed the concede part.

I didn;t actually hear the words myself, I know he came out once and didn't concede, but I then heard a reporter a little later say he would be down again to concede, but then he got overshadowed by arnie coming out for his victory speech.

He must have or he'd never live it down at his meetings with arnie.

That's if he and arnie are on speaking terms, something he wasn't on with davi$ for ages. ;-)
